By this Statement of Acceptance and Declaration, I hereby declare that I am aware that any and all information contained in this restricted access website, including, but not limited to, forecasts, financial projections, and technical, financial, sales, strategic or structural information of any other nature ("Information"), are confidential and property of MC Brazil Downstream Participações S.A. and its subsidiaries ("Acelen"). Any disclosure, mention or reference to any Information, as well as the personal use, reproduction or sharing of the Information, even if partial, without the prior and express consent of Acelen, is forbidden.
Accordingly, I expressly agree and undertake to irrevocably and irretrievably comply with all confidentiality obligations set forth above, being personally and without limitation liable for any damages caused to Acelen, directly or indirectly, as a result of the improper use or disclosure of the Information.
